Our Story
Gorman's Heating & Cooling, LLC is a locally owned heating and air conditioning contractor based at 4205 N 124th Street in Kansas City, Kansas. We serve homeowners and small business owners across the metro — both sides of the state line — with furnace and air conditioner repair, full system replacements, ductwork, indoor air quality equipment and light commercial HVAC.
Owner Chris Gorman started this company with a simple standard: diagnose the system properly, explain what's actually wrong, and quote work that needs doing rather than work that's easy to sell. That approach is why so much of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals, and it's how we've earned an A rating from the Better Business Bureau.
We're an authorized American Standard dealer, and we install Nexia and Honeywell controls and Daikin equipment — but we repair every major brand, so you never have to own the right badge to get help from us. Our trucks carry the parts that fail most often, which is why most service calls end the same day they start.
